I helped to co host a discovery day @saffronsparknursery in Eastbourne. At The Curiosity Approach we hep early years educators transform their provision and practice. The main message of the day was that “The Curiosity Approach is NOT a look.” It’s not about removing all the plastic and swooping it with charity-shop stuff! The Curiosity Approach is a way of being with children, a mindset, a philosophy, a pedagogy. It’s constantly knowing WHY we do what we do, who it’s for, and what the purpose i
