Here’s a full bench press session from my advanced strength plan that I’m doing to increase my bench numbers. Not an optimal time to build as I am still in a deficit but that will be changing soon and it’s always better to start than not. I ended up matching the amount of reps I did on the top set as the previous week, gaining a rep on my second set and gaining 3 reps on my last set.
